● Price includes taxes except when mentioned otherwise
● We offer online payments as well as Cash on Delivery
● Pricing errors will be rectified and Agricom retains the right to cancel orders for the same
5. Order Placements & Cancelations
● Order cancellation is allowed during the defined period of cancellation. ● Order placements cannot be canceled once processed or dispatched. ● We have the authority to cancel any order based on:
● Lack of stock
● Suspicion of fraud
● Incorrect pricing or technical glitches
6.Shipment & Delivery
● Delivery times will depend on the destination and availability of the items ●Delay can happen because of uncontrollable events like weather conditions, logistic problems, or natural causes
● Risk for loss transfers to the buyer once the product is delivered
7. Return Policy
Pots and plants can only be returned if defective at the time of shipment This must be done within the allotted period post-delivery
Refund requests are completed within 5 to 7 business days
